Kennel Club Dog Art Gallery
What Visitors Say
A heritage brand struggling to stay relevant, which has tried to rebrand but clearly is still poorly managed & lacking basic business ethics
The Library and Gallery are a must for fans of dog art
Communication with this organisation is absolutely diabolical. No email, everything automated. Have to phone and not always the correct option for your query. Then when you get through, the person on the has no interest in being all that helpful. Things that should be straightforward end up being a headache. Lazy system if I am honest. Sort it out!
Beautiful building. Some amazing artwork. Beautiful lunch.
I have waited weeks for a registration. Have now phoned four times and each time on hols for 45 mins plus so gave up. The club should either provide a decent service or stop taking people's money.
