What Visitors Say
My group of 7 enjoyed our evening- but having been devotees of the Le Clique show in the Spielberg tent for a number of years Sophie’s Party didn’t have the same level of variety at all. There were a couple of elements from Le Clique but overall it lacked the variety of acts we’ve been used to. The venue is lovely & all the staff were great too- but the tent gave us a better overall experience previously .
Amazing performances, really cool and engaging. I went with a friend and we had a lot of fun. Perfect for couples, group of friends. Be on time otherwise it’s awkward to walk in late (like me) but the staff were very nice and accommodating.
I went to the live drawing night „under sketch soho“ last night and it was such a good time! I’ve never been to one of these before. They provided all utensils u could need and had set up the space very neatly. It was a great atmosphere and I throughly enjoyed my first drawing night. Definitely wanna come back next time I’m in London! My friends that live here loved it as much as well!
Such a pleasure to spend an evening at the Underbelly’s permanent venue! Incredible showmanship! A joyous evening where I was switching between awe, wonder and laughter. A beautiful space as well for a drink before or after the show.
I absolutely loved it; my best friend took me there as a birthday treat, and I enjoyed every aspect of it. It was fun, entertaining, and had a remarkable wow factor. The performance was truly jaw-dropping, and the fitness level of the entertainers was quite impressive.

Venue Tips
✨ Best For
Cabaret, comedy, late-night shows, music, immersive performances and spontaneous nights out in Soho.
💺 Best Seats
Central raked seating offers excellent sightlines. Cabaret-style tables near the front feel immersive and vibrant for audience interaction.
⚠️ Seats to Avoid
Avoid far-back corners if you want detail or close engagement — the space is intimate, so almost all seats are good, but extreme side angles can be less direct.
Things to Know Before You Go
Which seats are worth prioritising at Underbelly Boulevard?
Central raked seating offers excellent sightlines. Cabaret-style tables near the front feel immersive and vibrant for audience interaction. For a safer booking, also note: Avoid far-back corners if you want detail or close engagement — the space is intimate, so almost all seats are good, but extreme side angles can be less direct. Use that as editorial guidance rather than a guarantee; always check the live seating plan and any seat notes before paying.
Is Underbelly Boulevard a good venue for seeing Sophie's Surprise Party?
Yes, if you book with the production's scale in mind. Sophie's Surprise Party is currently listed at Underbelly Boulevard, so choose seats that suit this staging rather than simply buying the cheapest available ticket. For a first visit, a central view is the least risky option.
What kind of night out does Underbelly Boulevard suit best?
Underbelly Boulevard works best for Cabaret, comedy, late-night shows, music, immersive performances and spontaneous nights out in Soho. The right choice depends less on dress code and more on matching the room to the production: intimate plays reward proximity, while spectacle-led musicals usually benefit from a more centred overview.
What should I know about access before booking Underbelly Boulevard?
Check the venue's official access page or box office before booking wheelchair spaces, transfer seats, step-free routes, companion seats or assisted performances. London venues vary sharply by level, and the most comfortable choice is often a specific access seat rather than a general price band.
How early should I arrive at Underbelly Boulevard?
Aim to be at the doors around half an hour before the performance, and earlier if you need access support, cloakroom time, box-office collection or a quiet drink. For older West End buildings, late arrival can mean stairs, narrow foyers and a less relaxed start.
What is the easiest way to reach Underbelly Boulevard?
