Modern productions, intimate staging, excellent sightlines, and innovative theatre lovers who want a close-up experience in Soho.

All seats have clear views. For a balanced experience: First Balcony front-centre. For the most immersive energy: Stalls close to the stage. Second Balcony is excellent value with unobstructed sightlines.
⚠️ Seats to Avoid
No truly bad seats. If you prefer not to look down towards the stage, avoid the very back of the Second Balcony.
