About Palace Theatre

The Palace Theatre is one of London’s most recognisable theatres, standing proudly at the junction of Shaftesbury Avenue and Charing Cross Road. Designed by Thomas Edward Collcutt and opened in 1891 as the Royal English Opera House, it soon became famous for spectacular productions and star performances.
