About Duchess Theatre
Home of The Play That Goes Wrong since 2014 — an Olivier Award-winning comedy that continues to attract packed houses and international fans.
Venue Tips
✨ Best For
Comedy lovers, light-hearted nights out, families with older children, and visitors staying near Covent Garden and the Strand.
💺 Best Seats
Stalls centre for the clearest view and best comedic timing. Dress Circle front rows offer a perfect overview and excellent value. Due to the theatre’s small size, almost all seats have strong sightlines.
⚠️ Seats to Avoid
Avoid the far sides of the Dress Circle if you dislike seated angles, and the very back row of Stalls for taller guests due to shallow rake. Otherwise, the theatre is highly forgiving.
