About Cambridge Theatre

Cambridge Theatre is a striking Art Deco venue in Seven Dials, moments from Covent Garden and Leicester Square. Opened in 1930, the theatre features elegant modernist lines, bronze friezes by Anthony Gibbons Grinling and a circular entrance foyer. With around 1,200 seats across three levels, the venue offers excellent sightlines from almost every area. Since 2011, it has been the proud home of the Olivier Award-winning Matilda The Musical, making it a favourite for families and musical fans.
