🤓 Fun Facts
APT was founded in 1995 by artists specifically to secure affordable, long-term workspace in Deptford and remains an artist-run charity.
The charity owns the freehold of its wharf-side premises on the banks of Deptford Creek—unusual in London—and maintains around 42 studios.
APT Gallery’s flagship juried show, the ‘Creekside Open,’ is selected by invited artist-judges, keeping the exhibition closely tuned to peer practice.
