"Poor story with a complete lack of context"

"Okay, so the cast and musicians and set was amazing. But the problem is, that in the dress circle you are soooooo far away, so nothing really shows and translates well. All the group dance numbers had no magic, because they looked so small, that it was not cohesive. They just looked like random people standing on a plate, not on a stage. I think the show the way it was in a different theater is very magical. Also the Organisation was problematic, so many people got up during the show and went back to their seats, so many people having their phone out, so security having to tell them off. Even people they had to tell off more than one time. Kick them out, everywhere it says no phones. It ruins the experience for other people. So the whole reason this is only 3/5 is based on the location and not the artists."

"The musical itself was beautiful and well done! But the state of the theatre is really bad. No heating and most of the toilets are old and not working! This unfortunately makes the whole experience less pleasant"

I didn’t realise it was going to be the 19th anniversary either and the balloon drop was very special. I will be back to see it again, nothing beats the theatre ????"

"Very disappointed with this show. Not sure if it was my aged hearing or the theatre’s accoustics but I found it very hard to understand what was being said and the singing appeared very ‘shouty’. On the plus side the stage effects were excellent."
